GLP-1 Telehealth Market & Pricing Review

Source-linked reviews of 29 providers examine medication charges, membership fees, commitment lengths and renewal terms. This is a selected commercial comparison collection published by Join Luma—not a representative market census or an independent ranking.

  • Medication and formulation
  • Membership and included services
  • Commitment and renewal
  • Sources and limitations

Dataset planned

Telehealth GLP-1 Pricing Index

A planned structured export of published provider prices, separating medication costs from required memberships and promotional rates from renewals. Current reviews are available now; no CSV or Hugging Face release has been published by Luma yet.

  • Provider and source URL
  • Medication, dose and formulation
  • Plan length and payment timing
  • Required fees and effective monthly cost
  • Promotion, renewal and observation date

Dataset planned

GLP-1 Clinical Trials Index

A planned trial-level reference for study design, populations, dose, duration and reported outcomes. STEP, SURMOUNT and SELECT definitions link to primary publications now. Trial results concern the studied branded product and population, not Luma patient outcomes or equivalent results from compounded products.

  • Trial identifier and publication
  • Population and study design
  • Product, dose and duration
  • Outcome definition and analysis method
  • Comparator and study limitations

Dataset planned

GLP-1 Adverse Events Reference

A planned source-linked table of adverse events from prescribing information and clinical publications. Each frequency would remain tied to its trial, treatment arm, dose and reporting period rather than pooled into a universal side-effect rate. Existing educational guides are available while the dataset is prepared.

  • Product and trial
  • Event and reporting definition
  • Treatment and comparator denominators
  • Incidence and discontinuation
  • Source and observation period

Dataset planned

Peptide Compounding Status Reference

A planned regulatory reference for BPC-157, KPV, TB-500, MOTS-c, Semax, Epitalon and Emideltide (DSIP). Glossary definitions and official FDA references are available now. Advisory recommendations, eligibility for compounding and finished-drug approval are distinct; glossary inclusion does not mean Luma offers these substances.

  • Substance and alternative names
  • FDA approval and compounding status
  • Evaluated use and official record
  • Evidence source and date
  • Uncertainty and pending decisions

Dataset planned

Compounded Wellness Injection Pricing Reference

A planned price reference covering NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione and MIC + B12. Luma's own published monthly and three-month prices are available in the catalog. A wider provider dataset requires separate collection and verification; no market-wide price index or provider count is claimed here.

  • Treatment and formulation
  • Monthly equivalent and plan total
  • Membership and included services
  • Payment timing and eligibility
  • Verbatim price quote and source date

State & City Pharmacy Coverage References

Semaglutide and tirzepatide guides for all 50 states, with city-level population, county and time-zone context. State pages carry pharmacy routing, shipping context and official telehealth sources. Shipping coverage does not independently establish a clinician's license or guarantee treatment eligibility.

  • State and local geography
  • Pharmacy coverage and exclusions
  • Official regulatory sources
  • Luma care and plan context

Planned fields describe intended scope, not completed extraction. Luma has not released CSV, JSON or Hugging Face datasets or an independent industry report.

Key findings from current references

Starting price is not always total cost

Required memberships, medication charges, dose changes and longer prepaid terms can change the effective monthly price. Reviews record these terms and identify what remains unverified. Luma pricing is different: one price includes the weight loss plan, medication and supplies, with no membership fee and the same price at every dose — compare full costs on the pricing page.

Compare full costs

Luma's new-patient discount

The new-patient discount is designed to help new patients get started and applies to the first plan period. After that, your plan renews at regular Current GLP User pricing for the same plan length. There are no membership fees, and the price stays the same at every dose. You can switch plans or cancel anytime before your next billing date.

Evidence belongs to its exact product

Branded clinical trials, compounding rules and pharmacy shipping coverage answer different questions. Keep the studied formulation, patient population and official source attached to any claim.

Methodology & limitations

Price collection

Use provider-owned pricing pages and linked terms where available. Record the source and observation date; distinguish user-supplied details or illustrative scenarios from independently verified prices. Unknown fees, eligibility and checkout terms remain unknown.

Comparable billing

Separate medication and required membership charges, initial discounts, renewal rates, dose-dependent prices and commitment lengths. Our savings examples use Luma's three-month commitments annualized over a first year, not a twelve-month Luma contract. Financing changes repayment timing, not the underlying plan charge.

Clinical evidence

Use primary publications, trial registries and current product labeling. Keep populations, analysis methods, time points and denominators attached to each result. Separate head-to-head evidence from comparisons across different studies; do not translate branded trial outcomes into compounded-product promises.

Regulatory records

Use FDA and state licensing or legislative sources. Distinguish proposals and advisory votes from final decisions. Pharmacy service areas, pharmacy licenses and clinician licenses are different facts. No universal visit requirement is inferred from a reference page.

Selection & conflicts

Join Luma publishes these resources and sells treatment plans. The provider-review collection is selected for commercial comparison, not a complete or random sample. Do not use it to estimate market medians, provider certification rates or pharmacy-transparency percentages.

Updates & corrections

Source dates belong to the individual reference, not a blanket claim of a fresh audit. Prices, rules and availability can change. No fixed refresh schedule or completed competitor checkout is claimed. Send corrections with the page URL, the disputed item and a supporting source to support@joinluma.com.

Future Hugging Face releases

Each release will include verified records, source URLs, observation dates, a data dictionary, collection methods, limitations and explicit reuse terms before a download or repository link is added. Dataset sizes and publication dates will be shown only after release. No patient-level data is published here.

Important regulatory note

Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide are not FDA-approved as finished drug products and are not therapeutically equivalent to FDA-approved branded products like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro or Zepbound. The FDA does not review compounded medications for safety, effectiveness or quality before they reach patients. Clinical trial data reflect the studied branded products, not compounded versions. Individual results vary. Join Luma, operated by HappyScale Wellness Corp., is a technology platform and does not prescribe medication; prescribing decisions are made by independent, state-licensed healthcare providers, including Arora Health and Aesthetics, led by CEO Dr. Sean Arora. Compounded medications are prepared by independent, state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies. These resources are for general educational reference, not medical advice.
