HappyScale Wellness Corp. is not a medical practice or pharmacy and does not practice medicine, make medical treatment decisions, prescribe medications, or dispense prescription drugs.
All medical evaluations, treatment decisions, and prescriptions are made by appropriately licensed healthcare providers exercising their independent clinical judgment. When clinically appropriate, prescriptions may be fulfilled by independent, state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies or FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facilities, as applicable.
